SMRT-CORE Level 1 DVD

This level is our starting point and provides the foundational movements needed to perform all of the SMRT-CORE exercises.  By incorporating applied movements into our foundation exercises, you will engage your core and create a starting point for increasing strength and stability.


Each DVD contains:
SMRT-CORE Essentials- step by step instruction on how to master all of the progression exercises contained within each level of the SMRT-CORE classes. Learn the steps on how to master the movements and challenge the core while creating a self massage like no other foam roller.

Class Exercises- clearly explained so that you understand the movements for each exercise within the specific level.  Traditional exercises such as push ups, crunches, planks and bridges are modified to be performed with the body positioned on The Grid.  The exercise will be broken down so that you can add any additional exercises into your own routine.

Workouts- a warm-up and two workouts are included in each DVD.  Follow along with the classes to challenge yourself to a stronger, more stable core.  These classes are to be followed along with so that you can challenge yourself just like those that are on your TV screen.

SMRT-CORE Level 2 DVD

After you have mastered the foundational movements in Level 1 it is time to add some intensity.  Level 2 exercises add a push, pull to many of the exercises.  This push pull adds more focus to the core muscles and allows you to build on the strength and stability gained in the Level 1 exercises.  We recommend that you begin Level 2 only after comfortably mastering Level 1.



Each DVD contains:

This level is not for the faint of heart.  Once you have mastered the exercises from Level 2 it's time to progress to Level 3.  In this level we take the push, pull add a press, and add a pause at the peak intensity of each movement.  We take you to the hardest part of the exercise and then have you hold the position.  It takes strength to get to this position and incredible stability to hold it.  Posture is imperative at this level of intensity with SMRT-CORE.
